I believe I assisted you earlier this morning. If not, please contact email@example.com with your Blackberry App World order confirmation number and/or phone number used to activate the software. We have been notified by other users when the device is changed they are unable to access applications purchased previously through Blackberry App World. I have not confirmed this yet myself; however, please contact us and we will gladly provide you a link to reinstall the software on your new device.
