Since migrating to Office 365 I now receive duplicate emails on my BlackBerry when I use the Outlook feature: Save Sent Item to save the email another folder other than the default Sent Items. One duplicate appears in the Inbox (on the BB)and the other appears in the folder (on the BB) that I saved it to in Outlook. If I delete one or the other on my BlackBerry both are deleted.
The phone is activated through the BES.
Wireless sync is turned on.
Email reconciliation is turned on.
Folder redirection has been turned on.
Have tried reseting the device several times by pulling the battery out.
Have also tried a security wipe and still end up with the same results.
I have searched tirelessly with no solid answers found and am hoping that someone might have something else to try or verify.
