I have a Torch and Golflogix sucks. I get timeout. Absolutely pathetic replies from Golflogix and then silence. Their replies did not apply to Torch and when I applied those changes it made no difference and they have not bothered to come back.
BB: If this is the level of app vendor, how can we support you guys.

Every phone manufacturer will have this occur occasionally; the fact that it's a BlackBerry makes no difference.
Keep after the app vendor for a solution that applies to you. Ask for a refund if you paid for the app, write a negative review, post on forums........just don't give up if you feel you've been wronged.

Having been running Golflogix for the past three years with only a few freezes (quick reinsertion of the battery) on my Torch 9810. Have used on courses throughout North America - Canada and USA. Totally diagree with 'Golflogix sucks' and waiting for Z10 version so I can retire my Torch.
