Hello!

Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

Ummm...what?

You "do that last time"? Does that mean you already had tried this before posting? If so, I fear you may have tried other things as well...in which case, I request that you list out EVERYTHING you have already tried along with the specific results of each attempt.

Further -- "nothing happen"...as in, your BB did not reboot? Or do you mean that the reboot completed fine, but nothing changed regarding the symptoms you reported.

Please be very careful and explicit as the only information we have is what you say here...assumptions and guesses on our part are made much more difficult when there is little information provided.

Uhmm sorry...

I said I tried that before I remove the battery so many times before but nothing happen there is one green vertical line near the center

I hope there is a solution for this problem thank you...

I'm sorry again, but that answers only 1 of the 4 things I asked you above. Let me list them for you:

  1. Did you try a batt-pull already? Yes (you have answered this one)
  2. Did the batt-pull reboot OK, but the symptoms did not change?
  3. Or did the batt-pull not reboot OK?
  4. In addition to the batt-pull, what else have you already tried?

Nothing sir..
I pull the batt reboot ok
But the symptoms did not change

Only this one I tried to do nothing else

OK...so the batt pull worked fine, but did not change the symptoms...ok...next thing to try...Safe Mode:

  • KB17877 How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.

Tsss.. Smiley Sad nothing happen in the safe mode I think it is in the hardware..still there is one vertical line in the near center tss..
