I have a problem with my blackberry ID

I'm using BB bold 9900 i travel alot and i use diffrent sim cards each time when ever it asks about the password i put mine but it says wrong password or email and i'm sure that its right i tryed forgetting password it says that i should activate my blackberry id when i type my password i've tried everi thing ALT-123 and also ALT-1 ALT-2 ALT-3 it dose not work i dont want to lose my data or any thing in this phone what can i do

Welcome to the Community


When we use different SIM cards on our device it can cause the BlackBerry ID account to become out of sync .Have a look at this Knowledge Base and try those steps suggested :KB28212
