As you can hopefully guess by now, lacking details from you requires much guesswork from us, since we cannot see your device, your service plan, nor anything else. As a user-to-user community, we have only your words to guide us to understanding.
In general, such issues would be addressed by your mobile service provider...contact them and, if necessary, they can formally escalate to BlackBerry.
