I have exceeded my available PIN for the App World. I have had to replace my Tour 3 times due to my OS crashing and faulty trackball. I am trying to download my apps but am unable. Please help.

Hi there!

Your inquiry needs to be sent as follows. Go to this URL:

and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection. Be sure to also include the reason why you have exceeded your maximum allowable PIN associations to AppWorld (e.g., multiple RMA, warranty replacement, etc.).

If that does not work, then please return to these forums (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/) and register an account so that we can provide you with direct assistance.

Good luck I have been trying for days to get this resolved. The support for something that has been designed to cause undo user inconvenience is terrible.

Sigh I have had the same problem, I also tried to fill out a form for support 2 days ago with no replies yet. I love how awesome fast the responses are from them.  Now when I looked yp someone els post I see a technical person saying to fill out this other form under billing issues for appworld and when I try to put my pin in it says its not valid! LOL!
