It says You have reached the maximum number of PIN for this account. Please contact Blackberry App World. Error I'd. 20308 . The reason for this many changes it I owned the storm and had 3-4 replacements the got the tour and just had it DOA'ed and replaced again and this time it locked me out. These devices have been switched out through warranty and DOA and have all been mine and mine alone, I want the apps I paid for back on my phone and also for my pins to be reset, having my blackberries go out it not my fault, but the device. Please help.
ALSO! I have tried to go to the support page and fill out that form but it says my pin is a not a valid blackberry pin? WTF? im using it and just got it as a DOA from VZW

Yes, there are issues with the RIM forms rejecting valid PINS...mine was rejected until recently. We must first fix that so that you can submit your PIN changes exceeded issue. Please see your Private Messages on this site for a PM from me with instructions as to how to first proceed.
PS -- I would advise editing your post and removing your PIN...this is a public forum...

I'm sorry, I really do understand your frustrations...but I just want to be clear -- are you wanting for me to do something about it? Please understand that I am not a RIM employee...I'm just another user "out there" who just happens to have a bit of information that is useful to others. There's really nothing internal to RIM that I can affect.

OK...that's cool then. Those of us who volunteer here (or is it addiction?) try our best to make the BB experience as positive as it can be for everyone...but there's only so much we can do. But we never stop trying. I guess that is addiction!!
