I have had to replace my storm 4 times now. I just tried to download my app world

I have had to replace my storm 4 times now. I just tried to download my app world ob my new storm and it told me I had used up all my pin changes. Please allow me to access the apps I hav already paid for.

Please note that AppWorld does have a specific disclaimer that states that only a certain number of PIN changes are permitted each year.  I hope that the contact that sdgardne provided will be of assistance, but be aware that there are no guarantees.
