I have had to swap out more than 3 devices because my 9530 click screen keeps failing. Upon attempting to retrieve my apps from my app world I recieved an error stating I had reached my max number of device swaps. I would like to know how to retrieve my apps that I paid for since I did not choose to swap my device rather I had to because of defective build quality
and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection. Be sure to also include the reason why you have exceeded your maximum allowable PIN associations to AppWorld (e.g., multiple RMA, warranty replacement, etc.).
