I need help ASAP

Pls somebody help! I downloaded anew version of BBM 7.0.1.23 or so on my BB Torch but I can't seem to chat with my contacts. Instead it's telling me that I can't access BBM and that I should check my device date and time settings if it is correct which I've done more than a million times and still getting the same story. Now I have almost all my contacts to respond to their chat but can't do that. Pls any idea somebody how to go back to the old version of BBM or resolve this problem. Please!!!!!

First, I'd recommend you delete the current BlackBerry Messenger, and then reboot the device.

Return to your BlackBerry AppWorld and download/install again.
