Maybe this KB will be helpful...

In that case, the KB I linked you to above should have what you need. Otherwise, you can contact the developer for assistance.

Good luck and let us know!

Re: I need to request my activation code

I bought Quicklaunch the other day, I had an error and had to re-login to complete the download.  I never got the activation code, and, when I go to "My World" as per the KB, I don't find any activation key there either.

Thanks for trying to help.  Unfortunately, that is the exact KB that I was mentioning in my post that you quoted - I guess at least it was good for a laugh (being redirected to the same KB I was talking about).  We could all use a little more humor in our lives.  Particularly when dealing with a device which is both so excellent and useful, yet at the same time rediculously frustrating, as the BlackBerry Storm...

Re: I need to request my activation code

Sorry...it's always hard to be certain, from posts, exactly what someone has tried or not. You had said "the KB"...there are thousands of those, so I just wanted to be clear. At least it got you a laugh.

OK then, try this sequence:

To clear the application cache:

1. Open App World

2. Go to My World

3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and then press, in sequence R, then S, then T

3b. For Storm/Pearl -- Hold the num-lock (!?123) button so it locks and then press, in sequence 3, then 4, then (

4a. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot

Now re-launch AppWorld, log in to MyWorld with your PayPal credentials, and see if the code now displays (after MyWorld re-synchs with the AppWorld servers).
