I paid for app and its not on my phone?

I baught doodle jump off app world for £1 and it charged me and didnt give me the app, i tried ringing the helpline and it just keeped putting me on hold and costed me 25p for the call in which it shouldn't have because i shouldnt be having this problem. Any idea how to get the app i've already paid for back? I've got the receipt on my phone/email.

Try clicking Provide Feedback at the bottom of the theme's/app's description in App World. There you can send an e-mail directly to the person or company that accepted your money. Normally the developers fix things like this in a couple of hours.
