I purchased a program called Personal Assistant Premium ...

[ Edited ]

I purchased a program called Personal Assistant Premium on 07/25/09 (order number XXXXXXXXXXX) version 2.0 i believe. I then tried to upgrade to 2.3 but under the "My World" area, the program would not download, seemed to be stalled. Tried repeated times but would not download. I reformatted the phone and then tried again but when trying to download I get a message "There was a problem completing this purchase. Please contact Blackberry App World customer support. Error id; 3300." I have also pulled the battery. I have since downloaded another program which installed and there is no problem with my PayPal account. How can I install it again and how do I not get "recharged" for it. Thank You Charles XXXXXXXXX@yahoo.com XXX-XXX-XXXX

Hi there!

Your inquiry needs to be sent as follows. Go to this URL:
https://www.blackberry.com/CSOHelp/index.do?ft=generic

and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection.

If that does not work, then please return to these forums (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/) and register an account so that we can provide you with direct assistance.

Cheers!
