I purchased, downloaded and installed the "Canadian Press Mobile" application from the Blackberry App world on July 26th 2009. 2 days later, my operating system unfortunately crashed and i was forced to reinstall the operating system and lost the application. I contacted the provided support for the particular app and they forwarded me to vendor support, which forwarded me to this link. Hopefully you can help me by crediting my account to cover the cost to re-download/install the application that i paid for. Thanks!
