I purchased software through Blackberry App World. This software is purchase is linked to my account and supposed to be transferable to a different device. I have had a new device for over a month now and have not been able to download the Quicklaunch application that I paid for. Now it shows as available, but should be free for me since I purchased it in June. I am unable to connect to the blackberry application store which is an issue with their application or server, not my phone. This is an issue affecting multiple users and there is no fix. I want my money refunded so I can go purchase the desired software from a reputable source that can provide updates and customer support. Order# is XXXXXXXX Your website kept telling me to enter a valid PIN and I DID ENTER MY PIN!

There are some issues with PINs being rejected on the forms at the moment -- mine as well is being rejected, so don't feel like you are singled out. To remedy, we need you to follow some specific instructions, but they cannot be posted in our public forums (which is where this reponse is originating). So, I know it sounds like a hassle, but I need for you to come to these forums (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/) and register an account so that we can send you a Private Message via these forums.
