I received a message saying that an upgrade to my QuickLaunch application is available yet I am still not able to upgrade my QuickLaunch Application from the App World. I keep receiving the following error message: "QuickLaunch is not available for download from App World". I have done several battery pulls etc but nothing works. Please help. Thanks,Andrew
At present, we are hearding from some users who have taken steps to first completely remove all traces of the app from their BB (sorry, we don't yet know what steps they took -- but it was more than merely deleting the app...something about clearing something off of their SD card). Then, after doing so, they have followed this section of the AppWorld user guide to reinstall the app, achieving the update:
