I still cant find lost apps!

I've been having issues with backing up my storm to desktop manager so I called my service provider for help. Durring backup, it would stop and display error message at "random pool" then "browser cache". Help line said to do an advanced backup and leave out those 2 items then wipe phone and restore. After all that, all my $ apps were gone and some free apps. So I logged in to "my world" to try to re-install them, it says there are no pending apps to download. I decided to just bite the bullet and buy them again and it says they are already purchased. I would call RIM for help but I tried that once and I needed my account # just to start and gave up because of total frustration! Please can someone help me? This is my first experience with a smart phone / blackberry and I dont want to give up, but........

Re: I still cant find lost apps!

Hi there!

To re-install your apps, please follow this section of the AppWorld user guide:

http://na.blackberry.com/eng/deliverables/7268/Re-install_an_item_on_a_different_device_643962_11.js...

For more registration key information, see this KB:

If that does not work, then go to this URL:

https://www.blackberry.com/CSOHelp/index.do?ft=generic

and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection.

Hope that helps!
