I've blocked my BB Curve 9320 !

Hello !


I have download an application on App World : " Pattern Lock " ( a lock application which use a diagram)

However, I forgotten my diagram and the security question they posed to me before, doesn't work.

So, my BB is blocked on the page of the diagram and I can't do anything with.


Is someone could help me, pleeease ????

Try to start your device on Safe Mode , then from Options > Device > Application Management > delete that particular application . If that does not work then you have to contact the vendor of that application, Or email them on there support section.
