I've lost the ability to open my emails!

It shows that I have 100+ emails in my box, but I can only access a few, mostly from FACEBOOk.

 

Any ideas as to why?  Have I killed a setting?  Used to work just fine.

What do you mean that you can't access them.

Are you looking in the Messages folder?

 

Do you have more than one email folder on your device?

No, I do have two folders....clicking on it used to open up the screen and then I could access my emails, open them up and reply or do whatever I wanted...normal activity.

 

I don't know what has happened or what I have done to lose this ability.  

 

In short....before it was working just fine and now it's not working at all.

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner:

 

With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescirbed for most gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.
