I was not satisfied at all with my "Swipe Lock" purchase...

I was not satisfied at all with my "Swipe Lock" purchase. I have since spoken with the vendor, CellAvant, and they have agreed to refund the purchase of $3.99 to me. However, they are unable to do it themselves because it was an AppWorld purchase. Please help in this matter.

and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection.
