They have the worse technical and customer support of any phone company I have been with. I can never get a hold of a person when I need assistance with my blackberry storm 2. My service provider told me to contact blackberry to get support. I have contacted them and they continue to redirect me to my service provider when it is a hardware and software issue coming from blackberry. My storm 2 screen will not work in any capacity I have tried every reset and update to get the phone to work and I am getting no results. All I want to do is be able to get my contacts list off of my phone but it is stuck key lock so I have no access to anything on the phone. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of support and knowledge of the people that I am supposed to contact for this issue I am hoping someone on here will be able to help me in some capacity.

I would suggest doing a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320. Please test before restoring any data to the device.
If this resolves the issue do a selective restore of essential data (Address Book, Calendar, Task, Memos, BBM contacts etc.)

If the issue still persists after the reload, further investigation might be required. Your first point of contact would be your wireless service provider, they may offer to escalate the issue to BlackBerry® Technical Support directly on your behalf.
