ID LOGIN PROBLEM " Enter the username associated with this smartphone "

I have upgraded from blackberry bold 9700 to 9900 and trying to use app world , but always the message comes enter the username associated with this smartphone , i have created a new id with the old email and tried it several times but of no use , the message flashes ..enter the user......  please help

i also have the same problem,, i used to have the torch 9800 then upgraded to the bold 9900 

the first time i opened the bb app world it worked normally but after i upgraded it, everytime i try to sign in they tell me " enter the username associated with this smartphone "  

 

PLEASE HELP !!!!
