I am having a similar problem. I was signing up for an ID on App World, and my phone has been stuck for 4 days on the Signing Up screen! Nothing I have tried has fixed it. Please help!

This is very frustrating now! For the past few weeks, I've been unable to login to my BB ID app, it keeps giving me the error message "An error has occurred, please try again later"! Could you help me with this please??????

I'm trying to reload App World via USB. The download is crashing IE at the point where IE asks me if I will allow BbDevMgr.exe to run. After I click "Allow," IE crashes. I, too, am stuck in AppWorld authentication, and am trying the reinstall fix you mentioned. Can't get IE to cooperate.

I have a new torch and I am having the same problem. When i get to the log on stage of app world, i clicked on forgot password...it runs through the short wizard and then when i need to put in my secrect code, it just hangs...been like that for days. I have had to do a battery pull to stop it. Any ideas???
