I have had a colleague come to me stating His BB Curve 9300, had issues with his emails, he removed the account and created the imap account to our mail server. Now all of his sent items no longer get syncs with the mail server.
These did sync before the changes, but now they no longer do.
Does anyone have any knowledge base links to how to change where sent items are stored?
