I just wasted an hour of my day trying to sign up for Blackberry Instructions. I received an email from RIM offering these lessons with an on-line form to fill out. One of the mandatory blocks was for a number that you could get from
- status on your phone (no 15 digit number there)
- the label on your phone when removing battery (no 15 digit number there)
- the side of the original box (are you kidding me, I have had this phone for 2 years)
So, I could not submit the form to receive the lessons. Needless to say, I am furious. I did put every number on the label into the block but none of the numbers worked.
How customer unfriendly can one firm be?
