Imposible activar BIS

 Necesito soporte para la activacion de mi blackberry. Compre un blackberry 9800 nuevo y libre. El telefono funciona perfecto en cuanto a llamadas y mensajes de texto pero me es imposible utilizar servicios como BBM. Ya tengo un plan de datos y mi provedor es Movistar Argentina, me comunique con ellos y desde ahi hicieron lo posible para activarme la linea, me dijeron que todo estaba en regla pero no logran que el telefono levante señal EDGE en mayuscula .
 Intenta registrarme en https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html?brand=movistar  y al ingresar imei y pin sale la leyenda : No se puede crear la cuenta. La cuenta blackberry internet service se ha suspendido o desactivado. ponganse en contacto con telefono spain 109

  I need support for the activation of my blackberry. Buy a new 9800 blackberry free. The phone works perfect in terms of calls and text messages but I can not use services like BBM. I have a data plan and my Provider is Movistar Argentina, I communicate with them and from there did their best to activarme the line, I was told that everything was in order but fail to pick up the phone EDGE signal capitalized.
  Try registering in https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html?brand=movistar and enter imei and pin out the words: Can not create the account. The BlackBerry Internet Service account is suspended or deactivated. please call 109 telephone spain
