Inferior mobile device

Honestly, I ask myself how BlackBerry can be successful on the market with its hosts of mobile devices. The BlackBerry phone I have is the worst product I have ever purchased. It hangs most of the times, and the reboot process sometimes takes up to 15 minutes. Do you seriously think that your products deserve a reward? If have an emergency of any kind then a pidgeon with a tiny roll of paper attached would be faster!

You know, I do not find that funny at all. And I can't laugh about it. It's a 9720.

Re: Inferior mobile device

Isn't that a bold? Your pigeon comment was quite funny.

Are you here to vent or do you actually want to look at ways to fix it? The device you have is now an antique, however there's a series of things you can do to improve the performance.

Well, it says Curve. Either way, I wanted to vent, and secondly I want this nonsense to stop! So, please tell me what to do to improve the performance of this thingy.
