yes nothing arrived at all , i thought of wiping everything on it may be that would work but not sure is this right or not but i sent to my provider again and they told me they'll reply as soon as they can
If the device cannot register to the carrier data network, WIPING it won't usually do any good. They need to resolve what is wrong on their end. I'm a little surprised that you had to send the device in...then again, if they need to touch it to see if they can diagnose what is wrong, then that could I suppose be appropriate.
