Intelisync error -'unable to read application data'.

While synchronizing my address book between my BB Storm 9800 and laptop running BB Desktop Manager V5.0.1 and MS Outlook 2003,

I get the following messages:


Synchronization process - processing devise address book record 148 of 989 record.


Intellisync - Unable to read application data.


At that point everything stops, I hit 'OK' and it stops the synchronization.

I have tried modifying, adding and deleting address entries.  The log file is not very helpful to me.


I changed the sync settings to exclude address book and everything else will sync fine.


I have tried to update the software but the system says no updates available.
