Intellisync Error while Syncing with Bold 9930 (Organizer issues)

I've recently received the following Intellisync error while attempting to sync my Bold 9930 with Outlook: "Error encountered. Error code - 0x80043ac9. Check documentation."

Does anyone have a clue how to fix this? My phone organizer and Outlook no longer "speak" to each other, which is not a good thing.

I'm on Verizon and I have 7.1 Bundle 457 loaded on my phone.

Hello blackpowerbunny,

The following article should provide you with more information regarding the "Error encountered. Error code - 0x80043ac9. Check documentation" message you are receiving when attempting to synchronize your BlackBerry® smartphone using the using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software:

BlackBerry Desktop Software displays the error "Error code - 0x80043ac9http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB25869

We hope this helps.

Thank you.
