Interested in upgrading to 4.5 OS

Hi, I'm with t-mobile and currently I have the 4.2 OS on my Blackberry Curve 8320. I'm interested in upgrading to the 4.5 OS  version(I believe that's it). Does anyone have any info as to where I can download it and when it will become officially. I'm very anxious. Thanks, Angela

Why not 4.5 from AT&T ??

What IS the deal with the OS upgrades?  As best I understand, 4.5 has some features I'd like, such as the video mode and the ability to recognize large media cards (8 GB).  Yet AT&T does not seem to distribute it.  As best I understand, 4.5 has been around for months ... is this a technical problem, or a policy issue?  Anyone know ??
