Internal GPS

When I try to use the internal GPS it is searching for satelite but cant find them. Why??

What model Storm do you have?


Make certain that you in an area of good signal coverage AND outside with a clear view of the sky in an open area of no tall buildings.


Open BlackBerry Maps or Google Maps and try to locate yourself.


Give it up to 10 minutes to refresh, and try 2-3 times in a row.
