I have a Torch 9810. I have been trying to purchase the Baamboo Premium player. If I do it in the app world on my desktop, I get:
If I try from the app world on my phone, it keeps saying "Please wait" upon selecting purchase until I reboot - waited over 2 hours one day.
So, it won't let me complete the purchase via my phone or desktop. How can we fix this?

Hence, please double check all of your payment methods.
For PayPal -- log into PayPal from a PC/browser and ensure that the credentials you use there are identical to those you have stored inside of your MyWorld payment methods. Also ensure that all credit cards you have attached to PayPal are current and valid...we have learned that if there is any credit card attached to your PayPal account that is invalid for any reason (e.g., expired), it will prevent AppWorld purchases from completing, even if it is not the funding source. Further, there must be at least one (valid) credit card attached to the PayPal account.
We also have heard from some users who report that creating a whole new PayPal account somehow fixes things and allows them to make purchases. I'm not sure why that works, but reports exist that it does.
If you have carrier billing selected, please verify with your carrier that this is allowed.
Also please try a hard reset: With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
In addition, you can try this sequence:
1) Remove AppWorld from your BB
2) Do a Batt-Pull reboot (power on, remove battery, wait, insert battery, wait), even if redundant to the one you did in step 1.
3) Install (on your BB) a fresh copy of AppWorld
4) Do another Batt-Pull reboot
5) See if it now works.

I think we have made some headway. Apparently, purchases billed to AT&T (my provider) go through Bango, which I did not accept the terms on my phone previously. When trying the purchase, it never prompted until the uninstall/reinstall of app world. Now that I told it I agreed with the terms, I found that it won't go through because I blocked a similar purchase type through my provider (for Facebook credits - apparently through Bango as well).
So, once I tell it to bill through PayPal, it should work.
My concern is that even when connecting my phone to my desktop and trying to purchase online, I would just get a cryptic "internal server error".
Thanks for your help! This should solve it now - have to wait until payday.
