International Dialing

Greetings,

If I want to call Mexico from Canada, do I put a plus sign (+) in front of the number? Dialing from a land-line requires an exit code (011) and country code (52), and I was wondering if it was exactly the same for my BlackBerry. For example:

011-52-669-555-0000

Will the same rules apply to sending to text messages?

Thanks,

Shane.

Re: International Dialing

Hello SGoodman and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for your question on international calling and messaging.

It would be advised you contact your mobile network carrier to assist as they will know what requirements are needed to international communication.

Thanks!

Re: International Dialing

I read a post on BlackBerry's twitter feed that stated what to do, but now I can't find the tweet. I'm just trying to find that tweet again.

Thanks,

Shane.
