Hi and welcome to the forums,
I was unable to come up with any content filtering for a BIS device as well.
They are all designed for BES.
If this answers your question please resolve the thread by using the options over the kudo's star.

I'm not sure you can delete the browser application without affect to other systems.
If you need to make sure you can't access the Internet through your browser
You can try OPTIONS _ ADVANCED OPTIONS_ APPLICATIONS_ BROWSER_ EDIT DEFAULT PERMISSIONS and deny everything. This would stop the browser from access, but still allow you email.
Leave this open I'm sure someone will have a better solution, but that will do it if you need to immediatley stop access.

He doesnt want to go BES.
Is it possible to delete the browser without causing other problems?

I'm not familiar with the software that D fisher described. Hold the post open and I'm sure other more experienced users can help you out.
