Re: Internet Service

OK. So, Vodafone erased this account, and nothing. They say it should work...

Before this I really tought the BB are briliant. But now... when I put this sim into an Android phone it all works intantly, with no setting up. And this... is insane.

Re: Internet Service

.... and this.. is a mobile provider problem. It's not a BlackBerry hardware problem.

Re: Internet Service

Maybe so... but now I've tried everything.

If you guys have another idea, that doesn't involve talking to the phone company, I'm all ears.

Thank you all  for your help.

Re: Internet Service

It's time to return it to the seller as a non-working device (because it isn't, right?) and get your money back.

Apparently the IMEI is no good, the device was listed as lost or stolen OR someone did use the device before and the IMEI is still tied to a previous user's account. Until the ORIGINAL user or mobile provider can answer your questions and/or remove the old account, it's useless.

OR, you have no data plan on the account SIM you're using.
