Internet browser not working

When I try to go on a website it always says LOADING ,but the nothing comes up. I have tried to solve the problem by taking the battery out, resetting browser , troubleshooting wifi conn., checked for updates, but no difference, please can you help? Thank you.

Can you provide a bit more information so we can better assist?

Do you have a data plan from your wireless service provider that supports internet browsing and are you able to browse over the mobile network?

What does your network signal indicator say and is it capital or lowercase letters?
