Internet browsing and downloading speed becomes very very slow

im using blackberry curve 9320..i used bb internet for 3 months till then i got an awesome downloading speed of 350 kB/sec..but after that the downloading speed becomes very very slow about 9-10 kB/sec.i conplained about this to customer care for 3 times but they are unable to rectifiy the problem yet..and im still sufffering from this.

Your carrier-network speeds are 100% controlled by your mobile service provider...even though they say they cannot rectify the problem, the problem resides with them, and you must escalate with them to seek out a solution.
