Internet explorer

I have my data plan with T-Mobile. Recently I brought a BOLD unlocked (coming from ROGERS), my software version is: V. (platform The problem is that I can't connect to any application or web site if I'm not connected to a WiFi open router. With my CURVE I was able to connect and surf the web @ any place.  Under "advanced options" if I open browser I found on default browser configuration "HOTSPOT BROWSER" and I can't change it. Any idea how to solve this problem?  Thank you

Have you gone to your TMO BIS website and changed the PIN of the device you are using on that BIS account?

Here is the solution,


1- Download Opera Mini on your blackberry (WITH WIFI CONECTION),

2- Then go to Options, Advanced Options, TCP, and write on


APN: wap.voicestream.com

on Username for APN leave in blank

on Password for APN leave in blank


Now Open Opera Mini and you have internet on your blackberry bold.


This works for Tmobile in Usa, if you need for another carrier on Usa or in the rest of the world, call your provider and ask for the APN link.
