I have a Torch 9800.
It is registered on the wireless network and I can send a PIN message.
However, Blackberry Protect reports: "Invalid Blackberry ID email address or password".
In Blackberry Protect options, if I select the "Create a Blackberry ID" option it says: "The Blackberry ID User Account Service is currently not reachable. Please try again later.". I get this all the time, when other users are having no problems.
I am not on a data plan, but on a plan that gives me unlimited email and BBM. So I don't get web access except on Wi-Fi.
Anyone knows why am I having the above issues with Blackberry Protect? and how to correct them?
