Is there any way to contact Blackberry w a suggestion???

I have a suggestion for the Blackberry messenger and can not find any way to contact Blackberry?? I am not a developer and do not have the skills to develop an app... All I want to do is make a suggestion for an update. I even went through a survey including an explanation in 1000 words or less what is was that I was looking for and couldn't, only to get to the end where it said "Please note you will not receive a response from us based on your survey comments"  Seriously?!?! HELPanyone?????

Hello and Welcome to the Community!

I have heard that they accept such via email to bbsuggestions@rim.com. But even then, I'd not actually expect any response (beyond perhaps an automated "thank you"). Consider that public companies must be very careful about the release of "forward looking statements" and "proprietary information"...what, if anything, they decide to do with your suggestion would fall into both of those categories until such time as they actually release a version that includes it (if they ever do). So, while it feels like a "black hole" when making such suggestions and surveys, that's actually how it has to work.


There is also something called "Beta Zone" that you can apply for membership to...in there, you might have a different channel for making suggestions and perhaps even hearing some response about them.
