Issue Upgrading to Blackberry App World 4.0 version

Each time i try to upgrade to the Blackberry App World 4.0. Version, it always shut down my BB/freeze and I will lose connection. I have tried this on several BBs.  Error message is usually "Your session has expired and you have been logged out."

ANy clue to resolve this will be appreciated

From where you trying to download App World  and are you doing it over wi-fi ? Perform a battery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is POWERED ON and after reboot have a try .

Thanks for your quick response. I tried this ..battery pull while it's on. It is not working still. I am not installing over wi-fi ? I actually connect the cord to the BB.

I advise you to install AppWorld without connecting to the PC.
