Issue to sync playbook with my pc



I have 2 playbooks and1 of them do not allow me to sunc with Desktop Manager. I am not sure if the issue is that I created the same blackberry id for both. I do not have the error message available but the last time I tried th playbook deleted all the data.


Please help.
