Issue with Blackberry Torch 9810

I am having issues with BB Torch 9810. I wiped it after I backuped all the data. Then I realized that BB doesn't has any memory card.

So when I try to restore my data, the picutres on the blackberry has gone. I lost all my pictures...Is there any way to find them?

Thanks in advance.

Not unless you have backed up those pictures to your PC, or transferred them previously using the Media Sync

So I have no chance to restore them anyway?

Re: Issue with Blackberry Torch 9810

The device memory is not "backed up." You have to sync or transfer those files. It's basically just an on-board media card. It's always best to use a separate media card.

Re: Issue with Blackberry Torch 9810

Some versions of the Desktop Software do have an option to backup the on-board device memory.

Re: Issue with Blackberry Torch 9810

So..backup all the data is just for data..
For any blackberry without a separate media card, if we need backup the whole thing before wipe, we should also sync or transfer any music, pictures, and videos.
Is that correct?

Re: Issue with Blackberry Torch 9810

Ah, yes. I see it there. I've never used my onboard memory so never used it. It is not checked by default so you have to remember to check it.

If you didn't check that box then, unfortunately, you're out of luck for what was on the onboard memory. Sorry...

Re: Issue with Blackberry Torch 9810

I'm using the latest version. I don't recall which version of DM added that option.
