Issue with email setup

Dear all, 

 

I am having an issue with my Blackberry. BBM and internet work very well, but my mails doesn't work (I cannot receive or send mails). When I click on mail configuration, nothing happen.

 

I called Orange, and they said me that it is a problem with blackberry and not with the operator. 

 

Does somebody have  solution for me ? or a number to call Blackberry service ?

If it wasn't suggested by your carrier, try resending the service books to your phone.  To do this, on your homescreen follow Setup>Email Accounts>(Menu Key)>Service Books>Send Service Books.  Most other issues with email setup can be resolved by typing www.blackberry.com/integrate in your phone's browser.

Thank you so muchh !!! I spend 3 hours with my operator on the phone... And here in two minutes it is done ! Thanks !
