Hello, I have blackberry desktop software on my mac and every time I try backing-up my blackberry curve 9360 I get an error close to the end of the back-up process saying it wasn't possible to back-up and then the software doesn't connect to my device unless I re-start my computer. Any thoughts appreciated as I need to do a full back-up!

Which database is being backed up when your backup fails? To resolve this issue, I would recommend performing a custom backup of essential databases, making sure to leave out the database the backup is giving the error on, and then performing a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software. Please test to make sure the issue backing up has been resolved before restoring any data from your backup file.
