Issues With whatsapp on Bold 9900

whatsapp simply doesn't start on my bold using bis, i have no clue what to do, i had already reinstalled the app around 5 times and the same problem still exists, whenever i'm trying to register whatsapp over the network (BIS-supposedly) i end up with a screen msg telling me that the network coverage isn't enough although it always happens to be A 3G with the Blackberry logo.
