Issues after switching to new phone

Had a spare 8520... As the old one got outer shell problems switched phones. Used BB desktop application to transfer settings and all other stuff. Most is working smooth but Language and input options other than english disappeared, cannot receive e-mail anymore.. Any suggestions?

Currently to which BlackBerry device you have switched ?


Language and Input support  depends on the OS pack you have in your device , It depends on our Carrier which specific OS pack they release for there Customers .


But if you're unable to get the desired language then you can install an OS pack which offer those , for help refer to thiose Knowledge Base :
