I'm having trouble keeping my blackberry 9380 connected to my cars inbuilt bluetooth system. Initially both devices found each other and connected and I was able to make a call. Ever since the devices won't stay connected. The only way I can get a connection is to delete both devices and reconnect manually. This connection only lasts for a few minutes before breaking again.
Any ideas welcome,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Thanks for the connection.
Have you tried connecting another Bluetooth device to the BlackBerry Curve smartphone? Also did the connection stop after a few minutes with this other device?
With regards to the pairing with the car, was the connection good in the past or has it been always disconnecting after a few minutes?
I look forward to your reply.

Thanks for the response. I just got a new car so it has never worked properly with that device. The phone works fine with other devices. I'm having the car checked next week as they may have to replace the radio.
Thanks for your help

I'm having the same problem with the Bluetooth.
My car mentions that I'm connected but not my curve. It mentions handset fail.
I'm able to connect with my Motorola Bluetooth and with my playbook.
I've deleted and re-installed. It worked until I got out of the car and the next day, not able to connect.
My car say that it's connected. It worked for 8 months since it's a new car.
I could use some help.
